We don't charge to come out and give you a price and we don't give estimates. The word "estimate" means an approximation, and contractors use this word deliberately so they can protect themselves if a job takes longer than expected. Some construction companies even use "estimates" as a strategy. That is, they bait you with a lower price and then come back to you later with a higher price. If the job takes us longer than expected the price remains the same. We will give you a written detailed contract, for all remodels.
